Shipping and Handling

• Orders are typically packaged and dropped off at the shipping facility within 3 days of purchase

• USPS Ground Shipping is 2-5 business days

• If you don’t receive your package within 10 days, please let me know so I can look into it

Refunds and Exchanges

• Refunds are only accepted if the item was damaged during transit. If your item was damaged during shipping, please send me detailed photos of the package and damage so I may begin to evaluate the best solution. Buyer must notify me within 2 week of receiving the item about any damage or the return/refund will not be possible.
